When Nothing Else Worked
I’ve been seeing Eric for about two months for plantar fasciitis that has bugged me for a year and a half. I had seen an orthopedic specialist (2 steroid shots) AND another group of physical therapists ($300 custom orthotics) and nothing worked. Eric diagnosed tight hip flexors, scar tissue in my calf (no stretching after years of running and spinning) and with Graston scraping, dry needling and stretching, I am finally seeing some relief! I recommend him highly!
